  1. Close World of Warcraft.
  2. Extract the launcher ZIP into your existing portable client folder.
  3. Run Add Desktop Shortcut.cmd once.
  4. Open WoW Classless, select Update, then Play.

The launcher checks signed releases and only downloads changed data. Keep your existing HD textures.
